Simon Cowell is lining up a new Britain's Got Talent kids' spin-off show – featuring the panel's Nepo babies as judges.
The music mogul, 64, told MailOnline he has considered launching a version of the ITV series where children judge the variety acts, which has been inspired by his 10-year-old, who he often seeks the opinion of when critiquing performances.
Ahead of Britain's Got Talent return on Saturday, the father-of-one said Eric has turned into his mini-me, even judging one of the acts this series, telling them in Simon's former X Factor style, 'I'm not so sure I like the first song, but I like the second.'
And he believes Eric's close friendship with fellow judges Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon's children could make for a standalone show.
He said: 'I have thought about that. I actually would you know.

The music mogul told MailOnline he has considered launching a version of the ITV series where children judge the variety acts, which has been inspired by his son (pictured L-R Alesha Dixon's daughter Azura Sienna, Amanda Holden's daughter Hollie and Simon's son Eric)
'To be honest with you Eric did judge one act this year, I don't know if they're going to show it or not and he was actually really, really good... he was like, 'Hmm, I'm not so sure I like the first song, but I like the second song... and I went 'God, that's my boy!'
'When we get the shows to watch before they go out and if he's around I'm looking and if he walks straight past the TV, I'm thinking maybe it isn't very good and occasionally he will just creep back in and he will put his head round and I'll think, actually maybe this is better than I thought.
'With kids, you can't cheat it, they like what they like and don't like what they don't like... I'm not saying I make every decision based on him but when he likes something, like all kids, they think differently to us... they have no filter.'
Fellow Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has revealed Eric, and her youngest daughter Hollie, 12, are constantly up to 'mischief' on set and have become close friends behind the scenes.
And Alesha Dixon's daughters Azura Sienna, nine, and Anaya Safiya, four, are also part of the fun, with the offspring of the judges forming their own mini alliance.
Amanda added: 'Our children now are so close, Hollie and Eric are two mischievous elves who constantly see each other at weekends and get up to no good on set, along with Alesha Dixon's daughter as well.'
Reminiscing on the 17 years she has spent on the panel, Amanda recalls giving birth to her first child Lexi a year before landing the role.
She added: 'My oldest Lexi was one when I got the job, she has absolutely grown up with it... she is the physical embodiment of the show and how long I have been doing this.'

The judging panel including former Strictly star Bruno Tonioli are back for the new series of Britain's Got Talent on Saturday night
The new series of Britain's Got Talent begins on Saturday night and this year the judges have more Golden Buzzer acts than ever before.
Simon revealed there are nine special performers that have been chosen to go straight through to the final after impressing with their one-of-a-kind show.
The change in format comes after Bruno Tonioli broke the rules last year by pushing the golden button twice, with his co-stars now following by his example.
She said: 'Since Bruno joined the rules have gone out of the window. I think there might be eight or nine this series. In fact, this year Bruno broke the Golden Buzzer on day one of filming.'
- Britain's Got Talent returns with a brand-new series on Saturday at 19:30 and Sunday at 19:40 on ITV1 and ITVX
